I would like to access the utmv cookie value in Universal Analytics via Tag manager.

You can read the first value in a cookie called utmv by creating a new macro, set type to "first party cookie" and cookie name to utmv. 您可以通过创建一个新的宏来读取名为utmv的cookie中的第一个值，将类型设置为“第一方cookie”，并将cookie名称设置为utmv。
