Hi I am using WiFi on Android Tablet.

Looks like it is the networks security policy that it does not allow un encrypted traffic? 看起来是网络安全策略不允许它进行未经加密的通信吗？
I do not think that this is a problem with your Tablet, perhaps though there are some network applications that can force HTTPS everywhere. 我认为这不是您的Tablet的问题，尽管有些网络应用程序可以在所有地方强制使用HTTPS。
