I'm using STS based on Kepler 4.3.2.

If the p2 repo is not available on download.oracle.com (it could be a glitch), you can always download the latest p2 repo and use it offline. 如果在download.oracle.com上没有p2仓库（可能是一个小故障），则您始终可以下载最新的p2仓库并脱机使用。
