在Windows 8.1 IE中，我找不到包含将IE的所有版本设置为旧版本以查看结果的下拉列表？

The setting is still there. Run IE, open the tool with F12 and here press CTRL + 8 to get to the Options to change the compatibility options and change the emulated IE version . You can find the list of browsers as User agent string

If you are missing the little icon for your Compatibility View, alternatively look unter Settings -> Compatibility View settings :
