My problem is when I tried to import the sandbox to virtual box, there was an error which said

the problem can be solved by installing the most recent virtual machine 通过安装最新的虚拟机可以解决该问题
Update: the version I am using is 4.3.15r95713 and the version that failed to import sandbox is 4.3.14 and in the description of 4.3.15 version, it says it has fixed some bugs about its incompatibility with antivirus software. 更新：我正在使用的版本是4.3.15r95713，未能导入沙箱的版本是4.3.14，并且在4.3.15版本的说明中，它说已修复了一些与防病毒软件不兼容的错误。 Hope that helps. 希望能有所帮助。
