I'm trying to find out if there is a way to programmatically add my app into the allowed lock screen notifications list on Windows Phone 8 / 8.1?

As far as i know you can't set them programmatically. 据我所知，您不能以编程方式设置它们。 It's a must for the user to add his app to the lockscreen from the Settings to show the text notification or the icon. 用户必须通过“ Settings将其应用添加到lockscreen ，以显示文本通知或图标。
