My Mac upgraded my Xcode to 6 and I can no longer run my apps on an iOS7 simulator.

After ensuring that your iOS deployment target is 7.1 from the main settings of your project click where you can normally select a simulator size and go down to "Get More Simulators". 从项目的主要设置确保您的iOS部署目标是7.1后，单击您可以选择模拟器大小的位置，然后转到“获取更多模拟器”。
