I am using NEXMO API for integrating SMS functionality for my stuff.

If you are using a trial account, you must add test account phone numbers using the API dashboard: 如果您使用的是试用帐户，则必须使用API仪表板添加测试帐户的电话号码：
API Settings -> Edit -> Add Number (bottom of page) API设置->编辑->添加号码（页面底部）
