I tried to install Oracle Mobile Framework in JDeveloper 12c through Help -> Check updates. 我试图通过Help -> Check updates.在JDeveloper 12c中安装Oracle Mobile Framework Help -> Check updates.
It successfully downloaded and asked me to restart the IDE to install the downloaded updates. 它成功下载并要求我重新启动IDE以安装下载的更新。

I had the same problem. 我有同样的问题。 What you need to do is choose 'No' when JDeveloper asks you to restart now. 您需要做的是在JDeveloper要求您立即重新启动时选择“否”。 Close JDeveloper yourself and start it up yourself. 自行关闭JDeveloper并自行启动。 (Note: It may take some time for JDeveloper to start up so be patient!) （注意：JDeveloper可能需要一些时间才能启动，因此请耐心等待！）
