My visual studio community edition doesn't have windows phone template.

If there is no Windows Phone template under New Project chances are that there is something wrong with the SDK (however I don't really see the problem since your screenshot shows the templates). 如果“ 新项目”下没有Windows Phone模板，则SDK可能有问题（但是，由于您的屏幕快照显示了模板，因此我没有真正看到问题）。 Maybe a file or parts of the configuration went missing. 也许文件或部分配置丢失了。 That's no problem. 那没问题。
