This counts up the total letters in the dictionary keys: 这将计算字典键中的字母总数:

This is shorthand for some code like the following: 这是一些类似以下代码的简写:

Try collections.Counter : 试试collections.Counter

import collections
counter = collections.Counter()
for word in words:
    counter.update(word)

You can then obtain letter frequencies with 然后,您可以使用
