I am using Genymotion version 2.3.1 with oracle virtualBox.

Have you tried restarting the Genymotion app? 您是否尝试重新启动Genymotion应用程序？ It worked for me, it also takes some time before launching and since you are using a windows machine it might take longer than the mac app. 它对我有用，启动前也需要一些时间，因为你使用的是Windows机器，它可能需要比mac应用程序更长的时间。
