This is expected (there's no clas test in this project). 这是预期的（这个项目没有clas test ）。

Its because Spring-Boot is adding some extra maven configuration to your project. 这是因为Spring-Boot正在为您的项目添加一些额外的maven配置。 If you are using eclipse, there's a Tab called: 'Effective POM'. 如果你正在使用eclipse，那么有一个名为：'Effective POM'的标签。

From this tab you can see that it adds this snippet below: 在此标签中，您可以看到它在下面添加了以下代码段：

      <groupId>org.codehaus.mojo</groupId>
      <artifactId>exec-maven-plugin</artifactId>
      <version>1.2.1</version>
      <configuration>
        <mainClass>${start-class}</mainClass>

    </plugin>

So when you run it with spring-boot as parent, it looks for the value of ${start-class} , which resolves to empty unless you defined it, that's when you see the error about not having a value for the mainClass parameter. 因此，当你使用spring-boot作为父运行它时，它会查找${start-class}的值，除非你定义它，否则会解析为空，当你看到没有mainClass参数值的错误时。

Add this to your project: 将此添加到您的项目：

You can also provide the value for the start-class property on the command line, this works even if you didn't define it inside your pom file: 您还可以在命令行上提供start-class属性的值，即使您没有在pom文件中定义它，这也可以工作：
