问题描述
We are using PayPal Payments Standard (aka Website Payments Standard) for our users subscription billing system.

Users want to upgrade their subscription from monthly to yearly for example. 例如，用户希望将其订阅从每月升级到每年。
So I generated a new subscription button with the new subscription parameters on my website, then click goto Paypal form, I see the current and new subscription on paypal platform, fine : (the amounts and cycle duration are simple tests values to demonstrate the problem) 因此，我在网站上使用新的订阅参数生成了一个新的订阅按钮，然后单击goto Paypal表单，我在paypal平台上看到了当前订阅和新订阅，很好：（数量和周期持续时间是简单的测试值，用以说明问题）
Then click on SAVE button but paypal give an error saying : 然后单击“保存”按钮，但贝宝给出错误提示：
"Amount can only be increased by 20%"
Paypal think I am only changing the price but it is not true I am also changing the billing duration (from month to year). 贝宝（Paypal）认为我只是在更改价格，但事实并非如此，我也在更改结算期限（从月份到年度）。
Do you know if it is possible with Paypal or the only way is to cancel the current subscription and start a new one ? 您知道Paypal是否可行，或者唯一的方法是取消当前订阅并开始新的订阅？ That would be so bad from paypal. 从贝宝那真是太糟糕了。
