I think for importing any existing project you don't have to perform any addition steps but: 我认为对于导入任何现有项目，您不必执行任何其他步骤，但是：

From the main menu bar, select File > Import.... The Import wizard opens. 从主菜单栏中，选择“ File > Import.... ”。导入向导打开。
Select General > Existing Project into Workspace and click Next . 选择General > Existing Project into Workspace ，然后单击Next 。
