I have installed Pyscripter 2.5.3 64 bit version in a Win 7 PC.

there is apparently a new version (now hosted at Sourceforge) http://sourceforge.net/projects/pyscripter/ which should try. 显然有一个新版本（现在托管在Sourceforge上） http://sourceforge.net/projects/pyscripter/应该尝试。

You can download latest PyScripter 3.4, install and follow the steps: 您可以下载最新的PyScripter 3.4，安装并执行以下步骤：
Run -> Python Versions-> Python 2.7(32 bit)
