So after a while of not using Android Studio, decided to come back and update to version 1.0, but it gets stuck downloading the file.

This is a problem prior to Android Studio 1.0.x.check here .So for any versions before this.Downloading the package again solves the issue.I have not faced issues applying patches from 1.0.0 to 1.0.2 and onwards. 这是Android Studio 1.0.x之前的一个问题。请在此处检查 。因此对于此之前的任何版本。再次下载该软件包即可解决此问题。从1.0.0到1.0.2以及更高版本的补丁程序都没有遇到任何问题。
