Anyone know why I might be missing this assembly?

I'm trying to set up a build environment, I first installed mono-xbuild with APT then mono-complete after my build reported it couldn't resolve System.ServiceModel . 我试图建立一个构建环境，我第一次安装mono-xbuild与APT然后mono-complete后，我的报建项目可能无法解决System.ServiceModel 。
