I cannot copy the file directly to external SD card and SD card/Android folder.

Actually, the file is created but shows the size 0 bytes . 实际上，该文件已创建，但显示的大小为0个字节 。
In other folders of SD card, the file copies successfully. 在SD卡的其他文件夹中，文件复制成功。
