I have one collection in TFS 2010 which a user can see even though I haven't given him any rights.

The server Administrator gets permission by default in TFS 2010. There may be other domain groups that he is a member of. 默认情况下，服务器管理员在TFS 2010中获得许可。他可能是其他成员的域组。
