I have Oracle Application R12 running on 11g.

Referencing MOS Doc ID 1964046.1 it appears as though you will need a patch. 引用MOS Doc ID 1964046.1时 ，似乎需要修补程序。

It could be because of the following reason. 可能是由于以下原因。
There is some orphan record exists in xla_transaction_entities table. xla_transaction_entities表中存在一些孤立记录。 Delete those lines from the table. 从表中删除这些行。 It will be Ok. 一切都会安好的。 To identify the record, you can use the below query: 要标识记录，可以使用以下查询：
