run the following command:

curl -sS https://getcomposer.org/installer | php

and I get this message:

#!/usr/bin/env php Some settings on your machine make Composer unable to work properly. Make sure that you fix the issues listed below and run this script again:

The phar extension is missing. Install it or recompile php without --disable-phar

The openssl extension is missing, which means that secure HTTPS transfers are impossible. If possible you should enable it or recompile php with --with-openssl

I installed php:

sudo zypper in php5 php5-mcrypt php5-json php5-cli

and curl. Like other commands prove for composer and nothing

To install the openssl extension

sudo zypper in php5-openssl

or to install both at once

sudo zypper in php5-openssl php5-phar
