That is an install repository which you install using 'Install New Software'. 这是您使用“安装新软件”进行安装的安装库。

Click the 'Add...' button in the Available Software dialog. 单击“可用软件”对话框中的“添加...”按钮。 In pop-up Add Repository dialog click 'Archive' and select the download (or use 'Local' if you have expanded the download). 在弹出的“添加存储库”对话框中，单击“存档”，然后选择下载（如果已扩展下载，则使用“本地”）。

You may need to untick "Group items by category" if you get message stating that there are "There are no categorized items". 如果收到显示“没有分类项目”的消息，则可能需要取消选中“按类别分组项目”。
