如何制作自定义安装程序？

Question

so what i want to do is make a installer .exe file for windows pc. its for a company.

now, what i want is that, there is 2 folder i got which needs to be copied to C:\\ProgramData and C:\\Program Files automatically. and thats it.

in other words. its my company programs. so there is a setup.exe file and 2 folders. everybody can install a setup.exe file easily but thing is most people wont be able to copy and paste these 2 folders to C:\\ProgramData and C:\\Program Files manually (its a food company so you the're not that much into computers and stuff) . and thats why i need a make a installer just for these 2 folders which will automatically copy these folders to the given location.

is it possible to make it with smart install maker? if so confirm me and ill buy that. and whats other way to do this a? and im not programmer so i won't be able to make it writing codes.

You don't need to buy anything, basically this is a simple file copy operation which is available in the free edition of any professional tool. Here is an example of how you could use Advanced Installer (the free edition):
