Were you the account owner of the other account? 
您是另一个帐户的帐户所有者吗？ It may be that you did not have permission or that there was a temporary glitch. 可能是您未获得许可或出现了临时故障。
That group is status there on every VSO and TFS account. 该组是每个VSO和TFS帐户上的状态。
