Without the logs it is a little bit difficult. 没有日志，这有点困难。

Did you try the (old) management portal? 您是否尝试过（旧的）管理门户？ Can you browse to the Storage account and to the blobs and thence to the logs folder under there? 您可以浏览到“存储”帐户和Blob，然后浏览到那里的“日志”文件夹吗？ You can go to this from the old portal and also from Visual Studio Server Explorer. 您可以从旧的门户网站以及Visual Studio Server Explorer转到此页面。 Once you get to the logs you will be able to get some clues as to what is happening. 一旦进入日志，您将能够获得有关正在发生的事情的一些线索。

OR try the Storage explorer from Cloudberry which has a free subscription, You can use this to browse to the logs folder in your storage container which holds the blobs and then examine the logs for any clues as to what is happening. 或尝试从Cloudberry获得免费订阅的Storage Explorer，您可以使用它浏览到存储容器中的日志文件夹，该文件夹中包含blob，然后检查日志以了解发生了什么情况。
