Currently I am running Android Studio on a XPS 17 that is running Windows 7. I want to get a MacBook Pro running OS X Yosemite.

Yes you will be able to switch seamlessly, I frequently use Linux/Windows/OS X Yosemite for the same project. 是的，您将能够无缝切换，我经常使用Linux / Windows / OS X Yosemite进行同一项目。
Just open Android Studio and click on "Open an existing Android Studio project" and point to your project. 只需打开Android Studio，然后单击“打开现有的Android Studio项目”并指向您的项目。
For the setttings you may go to File>Export Settings (on your Android Studio for Windows) then on Android Studio for Mac File>Import Settings. 对于设置，您可以转到文件>导出设置（在Android Studio for Windows上），然后在Android Studio for Mac文件>导入设置上。
