AFAIK, currently WSO2 IS doesn't support Server IP parameter in email templates. AFAIK，当前WSO2 IS在电子邮件模板中不支持服务器IP参数。
If you are trying to generate recovery links with server IPs, I suggest it's better if you can use domain names. 如果您尝试使用服务器IP生成恢复链接，我建议最好使用域名。
