i'm trying to create a azure linux virtual machine, and brazil is not in the location option.

Going by the table referenced you can not create virtual machines... You can only create Instance Level IPs and Static IPs.根据引用的表，您不能创建虚拟机...您只能创建实例级 IP 和静态 IP。 No virtual machine.没有虚拟机。
Hopefully this will be resolved sometime soon because I am in the same boat... My Employer has a large client as well in south America and would prefer to use this data center in Brazil rather than one of the US ones.希望这会很快得到解决，因为我在同一条船上...我的雇主在南美洲也有一个大客户，并且更愿意使用巴西的这个数据中心，而不是美国的一个。
