I am running Yosemite and have had the Postgres.app running with no issues for months.

Could not initialize database cluster.
initdb: could not create directory "I": Permission denied

This baffled me for ages too. 这也困扰了我很多年。 Turns out I had errantly typed while the preferences dialog was open which changed the data directory. 事实证明，当首选项对话框打开时，我已经错误地输入了更改数据目录。 Using 'default' fixed my issue. 使用'默认'修复了我的问题。
