I have spent hours with google and stackoverflow searching for tips how to get it fixed with no luck.

I am having a similar problem however, I can navigate into the file system by running the adb shell via the windows command line. 我遇到了类似的问题，我可以通过windows命令行运行adb shell来导航到文件系统。 so open up command line on windows, cd into appData > Local>Android>sdk >platform-tools and then abd shell i think this is one way to get the file or the contents. 所以在Windows上打开命令行，cd到appData> Local> Android> sdk> platform-tools然后abd shell我认为这是获取文件或内容的一种方法。
