I am very new to ios development.

I was trying to build an app with phonegap. 我正在尝试使用phonegap构建应用程序。 It is working fine on simulator. 在模拟器上运行正常。
But to create an ipa file, i need to install Apple developer certificate in xcode. 但是要创建一个ipa文件，我需要在xcode中安装Apple开发人员证书。

Xcode 4 is no longer supported. 不再支持Xcode 4。
Update to Xcode 6 and it will take care of all your certificates/provisioning issues (as long as you have an up-to-date Apple Developer membership) 更新到Xcode 6 ，它将解决您所有的证书/配置问题（只要您拥有最新的Apple Developer会员资格）

There are two ways for it 有两种方法
Download Profile and Double click on it.
下载配置文件，然后双击它。 Automatically it will add in Xcode and Keychain. 它会自动添加Xcode和Keychain。 Another way is Xcode -> Preferences -> Account -> Add Accounts if you have not added -> Click on Download Manual Profiles
