I have a Joomla (2.5.4) site which uses menus.

The site owner agreed to upgrade to the latest version of Joomla and the issue was resolved, which is good news. 网站所有者同意升级到最新版本的Joomla，此问题已解决，这是个好消息。 The bad news is I still do not know what caused the issue in the first place or what part of the upgrade fixed it. 坏消息是，我仍然不知道是什么首先导致了该问题，或者升级的哪个部分解决了该问题。
