Using VSO Team Project and Azure Web App.

Setting up CI with VSO TFS is not supported for Dream spark subs. Dream Spark潜水艇不支持使用VSO TFS设置CI。 It looks like we have a bug in the UI if you are getting this far. 如果您到此为止，看来我们的UI中存在错误。
