Check that Citrix host (on which users have issues) have the same policies applied comparing to others. 检查Citrix主机（用户遇到问题的主机）与其他主机相比是否应用了相同的策略。 In Citrix XenApp 6.0 and higher run AppCenter console and inspect policies and WorkerGroups they applied on. 在Citrix XenApp 6.0及更高版本中，运行AppCenter控制台并检查它们所应用的策略和WorkerGroup 。
