I am a newbie to Bluemix and Node Red (even stackoverflow).

if not I would suggest to open a ticket to Bluemix Support(see the Support tab inside the Bluemix Console) attaching the log as indicated here: 如果不是，我建议打开一张票，以获取Bluemix支持（请参阅Bluemix控制台内的Support选项卡），并附上日志，如下所示：
