Amazon seems to have multiple tools that to do the same thing to manage EC2;

The Python tools are a newer, unified replacement for all the old service-specific command line tools. Python工具是所有旧的特定于服务的命令行工具的更新，统一替换。 For example the java tool you linked to only supports the EC2 service, while the Python tools support all AWS services. 例如，链接到的Java工具仅支持EC2服务，而Python工具则支持所有AWS服务。
