I need to create windows store application using c#.I need Pre-requisite( like OS version and VS studio Version ) for developing the App.

You need to install Visual Studio Community Edition on a Windows 8.1 or Windows 10 OS.您需要在 Windows 8.1 或 Windows 10 操作系统上安装Visual Studio Community Edition 。 Then create new project and find Visual C# -> Store Apps.然后创建新项目并找到 Visual C# -> Store Apps。 Choose your desire project template (Universal, Windows or Windows Phone) and there you go.选择您想要的项目模板（Universal、Windows 或 Windows Phone），然后就可以了。
