it's not the same. 这是不一样的。 Stopping the default website inside IIS GUI does not stop the services as you do by net stop (which would stop every web site in IIS). 在IIS GUI中停止默认网站不会像通过net stop（这将停止IIS中的每个网站）那样停止服务。
