After struggling for a while I finally found that opening my xCode and accepting the new Terms of Use fixed this for me and I can build my project again. 
经过一段时间的努力，我终于发现打开我的xCode并接受新的使用条款为我修复了这个问题，我可以再次构建我的项目。
Thought this might save someone out there's time so you don't have to struggle with something that simple like I did. 认为这可能会节省一些人的时间，所以你不必为像我这样简单的事情而挣扎。
