In case it doesn't solve your problems, you may want to check that your USB port is currently accepting your device: in my computer, if I connect my phone to the USB 3.0 port I can use Android Studio but not Fastboot, while connecting to a USB 2.0 port does exactly the opposite. 如果它不能解决您的问题，则可能需要检查您的USB端口当前正在接受您的设备：在我的计算机中，如果将手机连接到USB 3.0端口，则在连接时可以使用Android Studio但不能使用Fastboot USB 2.0端口的连接正好相反。
