I'm using MS VS 2015 on my desktop PC and VS 2013 on my notebook.

Visual Studio 2015 doesn't support Silverlight projects. Visual Studio 2015不支持Silverlight项目。 I have Silverlight Windows Phone apps and i use for this VS 2013. 我有Silverlight Windows Phone应用程序，并且用于此VS 2013。
