For some reason my GoogleAppEngineLauncher isn't checking for updates correctly.

You might be hitting a glitch specific to your version of 1.9.26's GAEL. 您可能遇到了特定于您的1.9.26版本的GAEL的故障。 Just follow the procedure that the warning recommends: visit https://cloud.google.com/appengine/downloads with your browser, and download and install the latest GAE SDK for PHP for your machine. 只需按照警告建议的步骤进行操作：使用浏览器访问https://cloud.google.com/appengine/downloads ，然后为您的计算机下载并安装最新的PHP GAE SDK。
