I have created avd ram size with 768 which is limited as windows that it says while creating.

I just done changes in config file which let me to change the memory allocation in emulator device. 我刚刚对配置文件进行了更改，这使我可以更改模拟器设备中的内存分配。 This issue has been addressed by myself. 本人已解决此问题。
Please delete the older .android folder which let you to create fresh avd devices. 请删除较旧的.android文件夹，该文件夹可让您创建新的avd设备。
