In Visual Studio 2015, my "Enable All Breakpoint" and "Disable All Breakpoint" toolbar button icons are missing.

I've seen some topics about ALL icons being missing, (and installed the VSUpdate Fix for that) but my issue seems to be just those two. 我已经看到一些有关缺少所有图标的主题（并为此安装了VSUpdate Fix），但是我的问题似乎只是这两个。 I'm presuming they ARE actually supposed to have icons in VS2015? 我以为他们实际上应该在VS2015中具有图标？ They do in VS2010 at least. 他们至少在VS2010中使用。

It appears that the icons were removed between 2010 and 2015. I don't see a way to get them back, but you can change the toolbar so that it shows text instead of the icon by changing "Default Style" to "Text Always" in the "Modify Selection" drop down list: 似乎图标在2010年到2015年之间被删除了。我看不到有一种方法可以恢复它们，但是您可以更改工具栏，通过将“默认样式”更改为“始终显示文本”来显示文本而不是图标。在“修改选择”下拉列表中：
