Have them try using a mouse. 让他们尝试使用鼠标。

I'm currently trying to use Expression Encoder to do a screen capture, and noticed that it doesn't seem to update when I use my touch screen, but is fine if I use a mouse. 我目前正在尝试使用Expression Encoder进行屏幕捕获，并注意到在使用触摸屏时它似乎没有更新，但是如果使用鼠标则可以。
