This is most likely caused by having no suitable Default Document set for the directory. 
这很可能是由于没有为目录设置适当的默认文档引起的。 In IIS Manager, go into the Default Document section and make sure "index.php" is listed. 在IIS管理器中，进入“默认文档”部分，并确保列出了“ index.php”。
