I am trying to configure tomcat server on my Eclipse IDE (Mars).

Download eclipse here and make sure you have the version " Eclipse IDE for Java EE Developers ". 在此处下载eclipse ，并确保您具有版本“ Eclipse IDE for Java EE Developers ”。 I think you installed "Eclipse IDE for Java Developers". 我认为您已经安装了“用于Java开发人员的Eclipse IDE”。
Left click on "Project Explorer" -> "New" -> "Other" 左键单击“项目资源管理器”->“新建”->“其他”
