After "Reset All Settings" on an iPhone 5 with iOS 8.3, I can't install betas via TestFlight.

I have this issue as well. 我也有这个问题。 On the same hardware, iOS 9 users are fine, 8.3 users cannot install. 在相同的硬件上，iOS 9用户可以使用，8.3用户不能安装。
I did not have this issue on Feb 1. 我在2月1日没有这个问题。
