Now - I don't want to upgrade my 2012 Server TO the 2016 server preview - but I feel like I'm lead to believe that in order for me to use 2016 SSRS - I'm being forced to also update to the 2016 SSRS preview. 现在-我不想将我的2012 Server升级到2016服务器预览-但我觉得我似乎相信为了让我使用2016 SSRS-我被迫也必须更新到2016 SSRS预习。

You can install SSRS 2016 Service in its own instance (on a new box or as a named instance). 您可以将SSRS 2016 Service安装在其自己的实例中（在新框中或作为命名实例）。 The SSRS install will install SQL Server 2016 (but just for the ReportServer, and ReportServerTempDB databases).
